Very helpful respectful young man named Adrian helped me in my purchasing of the vehicle a 2021 Honda passport the car itself is good, but it was sold almost the same way it was traded in. The exterior of the vehicle was fine but the interior was not. It was very dirty the gauge cluster was stained and cloudy from being sprayed with armor all and one of the tire valve caps was missing. No follow up after the sale and after mentioning the issues that I had been handed down with the vehicle no one bothered to call and check up after I raised my concerns. Felt as though I was a second rate customer who didn't deserve to be treated the same as the customers who purchase new vehicles especially the brands they sell. Until the issues are resolved I will share my experience with family and co workers, friends and caution them about my experience if they are looking for a good CLEAN pre-owned car. After no luck on my third visit at the dealership I just rather hire a professional and pay the $100 to have it done correctly and not bother with his dealership again.

My husband and I went for an oil change on his challenger 12/01/23. We arrived to the dealership for our appointment at 9am. We asked multiple times if the vehicle was ever ready, and kept getting “not yet”. Finally, after 3 1/2 hours and one last time asking, they handed us the keys and the paperwork. We were waiting in the lobby, no phone call, they knew where we were the whole time, and wasted our entire morning when the car so happened to have been ready an hour after our arrival. When asked the last time, the advisor was on the phone. Another person was the one to just flat out hand me the keys and the paperwork without signing. No longer a willing customer. 0/5 stars if it was possible. Service advisor Jesus Alberto, as per the paper work.

I would suggest shopping around before making a deal here. I had gone in to trade in my 2023 charger with low miles and was given a 22k offer. They also told me I couldn’t trade it in for a cheaper vehicle and had to be a wrangler. Yet a month ago they offered me 30k for it. I went to 2 separate dealerships and was offered 28k off the bat. So shop around first to make sure you’re actually getting a deal. Would not recommend.

Amazing experience, Alan helped me out in the lease on a new grand Cherokee and it was smooth, he explained a lot of things i didn’t know about leasing and help me understand and trust the process. I love my new SUV and i will recommend my friends and family to go to Payne and buy with Alan, he is very professional and knows his product very well.

This the 3rd time I've needed to take my car back in to service in less than 2months. I've been told my car was dropped off with preexisting issues, which were not true. Additional issues are still popping up, and I still can't get my car fixed properly. This last time I picked up, my steering was slightly to the left the alignment is off, and I did not drop it off that way. I'm sure they took my car joyride and the oil leaking once again. At the moment, I'm still waiting hoping for all repairs to get properly and not need to go back. It's been 1 thing after another.

Purchased my Jeep from Payne. They had my vehicle for over a month and still needed repairs. When I tried to contact the Service Mgr and Sales Management Team. Nobody would return my phone calls. I had to pay for two months of insurance and car payments for a vehicle that I can't even enjoy. I think the people here are racist

Purchased a Jeep Compass Trailhawak two months ago. They had it in service for over a month. It still needs repairs and nobody has returned my phone calls. This place is racist against Caucasian people. Don't go here

One of the most incompetent shops in the valley. Vehicle keeps coming out worse than when I took it in.Payne Edinburg Chrysler replaced my oil cooler several months ago. Right after receiving my vehicle from them, the check engine light came on. They CLAIMED that they double checked their work and everything was ok. Turned out that the part THEY put in was faulty. It started leaking oil into the cooling system. I found the problem when it caused my radiator to go out. I replaced the radiator and was advised that the oil was coming from the part Payne Edinburg Chrysler replaced. When I went to them to get the faulty part replaced through warranty, I was advised that THEIR PART CAUSED DAMAGE TO SEVERAL OTHER PARTS. They forced me to pay for their mistake. After a week and a half, I finally got my vehicle back and THERE IS ALREADY OIL IN THE COOLING SYSTEM! What is wrong with this repair shop? Either they put another bad part on, or they did not flush the system LIKE THEY CHANGED ME FOR. Either way, it shows the utter incompetence of this shop. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to drive all the way back there to confront them again. I really dislike dealerships. NEVER GOING TO PAYNE AGAIN!

Do not waste your time or money. This location lacks professionalism, ethics and basic human kindness. Finance managers do not call back after being left messages and will hang up on you if they can't provide answers. Salesperson is just starving and will tack on any additional charges to pad his paycheck.
