Love coming here for balloons. Used to buy them at dollar tree but they don’t have helium and cost more now. The foil balloons are great at party city. The latex balloons deflate by the next day!

The red hair chick in charge of balloons was incredibly slow, and careless at that. Don’t mind the slow part. It was frustrating how careless she was. Girl. You told me I needed to pay for the balloons before you fill them. So I did. So, a normal transaction would be I pay for my service and you proceed to it; I went to go grab some extra things meanwhile chick fills up my balloons so I can leave sooner. Tell me why I go back and my balloons are still there in the package; telling me she’s gonna fill someone else’s balloons first. What a Joke. So her slow aah never finished their balloons. That’s fine. I had someone else go pick up my balloons. More than 30 minutes later. Guess what? They were still in the package!! Lmao. And she had the audacity to comment about me wanting my balloons when I asked for them. Like yeah of course girl, i paid for them & I was there before your previous order of balloons; which wasn’t much by the way. A decent employee would be able to get it done in 5 min or so.. lol. & before I said anything to my friend who picked up, they told me the person who was filling the balloons was acting like she did not wanna be there; yup attitude checks out. 5/5 for poor customer service w this one. Other employees were friendly and suuuper helpful- but this one person ruined the whole experience. Annoying girl.

didn't like how the employee her name is Emily turned out to be rude and very disrespectful. many other customers asked for help and other empyees will held in a very positive way besides Emily who turns out she can be very rude. some candy can be expired watch out when you pick them, make sure you check the expiration date.

Great party store!. I like to come here for my party supplies through the year. Here we can find piñatas, any kind, size and character. The store is well organized and clean. They have enough employees working the floor. Th le store is next to other store so the location is very convenient for shoppers at any time

My recommendation? Go elsewhere that has smarter staff members.I went with my wife and we saw a whole shelf full of beach toys marked at $2.50.After we went to pay we were charged $4. After I went back to check the prices on the shelf, I didn't even see anything marked $4. I went to the register to let them know there was a discrepancy. The girl at the count basically said "that what the price showed when I scanned it". I had to refrain from saying "Duh!". The price difference was the reason I brought it up. I told them so they can fix the mismatch. I even told her I was letting her know that there wasn't anything marked at $4. And that I was just letting them know so they can fix the problem.

Love the new renovations!!The moment I walked in I was able to figure out where everything was located.The set up is perfect staff was great and willing to help, I was able to find everything for my upcoming event!
