Cashier's are nice& friendly,great to attend,but unfortunately I left my battery there to charge& I sent my daughter to go pick it up later on in the afternoon& they gave her back the wrong battery. Don't know how that could happen if they put a sticker on it to know who it belongs too.

The young man who attended me was very helpful but there was another who was carrying on a very loud and very inappropriate conversation. He was calling girls wh**** and sl*** and saying that girls were easy, etc. It made me very uncomfortable. This was not a quiet conversation, he was speaking loudly enough for entire store to hear. I needed help with my vehicle and it made me so uncomfortable that I just bought my items and left. I won’t be going there again.

Just came to O'Reilly AUTO PARTS store #4024-Edinburg, Tx please work on your customer service real bad service the guy nothing to offer such as guides or help just probably wants to leave home and sleep... Rating another auto parts seller 5 star.

Bad attitude worker always has a bad attitude tall guy like 6ft 1in or 2 with a chongo on his head cause he has long hair management please keep your working people in the morning.
