I took my daughter to get her finger and toe nails painted with shellac around 5pm. They looked really pretty until the polish literally started peeling off on its own well before 10 pm. I am beyond disappointed and what a waste of $54. Will not be returning to this salon. I wish I would’ve read all the bad reviews before taking my daughter to this place.

I have been here 3 times for pedicures and every time I have been very satisfied. The nail tech took her time and was very detailed when working on my toes. She did a great job scrubbing my feet and massaging my calves. I did go to Allure once and was not impressed with them nor with the pedicure. I will be returning here for my pedicures. Thank you Trung for doing a great job on my feet!!

I went to get some acrylic nails, the man that did my nails was doing them in a hurry. He didn’t even drill my nails, all he did was file them, he left a bump on one of them, I was getting coffin shape he left all my nails flat from one side curved from the other, he told me to wash my hands, I asked him if he was done because he left them as I described. He told me my nails were too short that it couldn’t be coffin I went up front, some lady that said she was the manager fixed them but she was being so rough. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE, they are SOOOOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

I'm disappointed with my mani & pedicure services this past Wednesday. The male employee who provided my pedicure didn't even scrub the bottom of my feet, nor pushed back my cuticles before applying polish.
I was a disaster walking in and left the same with polish. The following day, I had to scrub, and file the bottom of feet to remove dry callused skin. Paid $65.00 for nothing.

TRASH WORK ! Nails break in a day and we’re already ugly to begin with , pricey just for them to break and I went to fix them and they made me pay for there mistake it wouldn’t of broke I’d they just did it right. I’ll never return here again and I don’t recommend , not even to my greatest enemy.. I wish I could give zero stars!!!!

I called 10min before Ishowed up. I usually like to call before I get there for the wait time.They told me there was not wait time, so I get there and there was 5 employees working on 5 customers. They told me to sit on chair #4, waited about 20min, no one ever approached me, so I got up and left!! I will never go back!!Service: Pedicure

I would give it zero stars if allowed. I walked in, and they told me to sit in a chair while they finish with other customers. I sat there and saw more customers come in after me over and over. I asked what they used to clean the feet and calluses, and nobody could tell me. Then they kept taking other people that came after me and when I asked them, they kept saying you're next. But then they kept taking other people. I walked out of there, losing an hour and with no pedicure or manicure. Never again!

I only come because of Kelly and her pedicures over a decade are fantastic. But since she is here I came here.The owner does great mail work as well. But the gentleman here is very arrogant and we had a really bad experience today . Very unprofessional and rude!They open late for starters. Anyhow probably my last visit anyways.
