Our first visit here. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store was very clean and well organized. With the help of the young man we made our purchase without any hassle. Like some stores the charge a percentage to a card purchase so we paid cash. I especially liked all the monkeys around the shop and the art work on the back wall. We will be back.

Walked in to purchase two vapes, bought a rainbow and a lime ice cream Hyde. Never been in here so didn’t know the policies (which you should be told before purchase at checkout), both vapes were burnt. The smell was there so it was incredibly confusing for them both to crackle and taste burnt. Asked what could be done and the cashier stated she could only offer a small discount on another vape but it would have to be repurchased. Called to ask about it and the manager on the phone became incredibly condescending by mansplaning to me the way a vape works (i worked 9 months at a vape city) and said the only way to receive a refund was if the vapes were electronically defective. Which, the coil being burnt is an electrical defect. I then asked what he would call a burnt coil if it wasn’t an electrical defect, and he then again, mansplaned what it meant for the coil to be burnt and stated the vape had to be hit too long or too often for it to burn. I again stated how that made me exactly confused as the smell was there but it had no flavor but of butt and crackled. He then said he took the vapes out of the trash (as i didn’t want them??) and smelt the vape and determined i was lying about it being burnt. These dudes just pick and chose what electrical defects it can have and then decide to mansplane about what a vape is. Overall the cashier girl was nice and I knew it had nothing to do with her. But i’m out $15 and ended up going to Vape City where they never act like they know more than the customer. Tried asking simple questions with whatever bun head is acting manager and he insisted hE kNeW wHeRe I wAs cOmIng fRom. Don’t go here if you’ve never been, cause oopsie if your vape doesn’t work but there’s a cloud. And yes i did curse at you and i’d do it again.

first i want to start off by saying i have been suicidal for many years, i have been struggling with depression and unemployment. i walked in hoping to buy a piece to fulfill my addiction but instead i picked up life changing advice from an employee named Ricky! now i smoke only CBD with a golden "water pipe" from monkey house and am now a full-time streamer on twitch with 1million followers and am no longer suicidal! i truly thank Ricky for the experience and will be visiting again!!!

I absolutely love going to this location, I am greeted every time by the excellent employees. Mike is literally amazing, his recommendations are on point with what I would like. At this point I go in and ask him to pick stuff for me! Everyone I have encountered have also been great. Never disappointed when I come here.
