Have had my phone service here for 4 years. $36 a month - unlimited services. For $5 more I can add full service while traveling in Mexico. Have done this twice and it worked perfectly. Staff is knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. Great service at a great price, plus new phone updates made available regularly. Give Metro a try for service, price, and help.

They charge twice and when they ask for the receipt they say the printer doesn't work. Do not go here, Don't go here. They double charge and when ask for the receipt they say the printer isn't working.

Linda was able to help me switch my girlfriend from cricket onto my family plan. She was really nice and funny. Super helpful.She was also able to fix one of my phones i had dropped in water and was unable to turn it back on. She helped me get all my photos from my google cloud back. Thank you Linda, i highly recommend!

Alisha was so helpful and friendly. I stopped by yesterday to change carriers to Metro by T-Mobile and she made the process so easy, she also told me about the $30 off promo. I got charged 146 dollars just to reactivate and to connect under my line. Idk if it even was an activation sense it was a whole new number. Very poor service will be going back to speak to manager
