I clicked on my order that i was already there so my hisband could get it, he gave the code at the kiosk then they told him they cannot give him the food because my phone has to physically be there. So not only was I already charged for my food but they refused to give my husband the food and according to the manager they cannot cancel the order it has to be done on my app, but it will not cancel it because the food is already being prepped. Worst service ever!! I was not given my food and i was not given a refund! You know what they can keep the money. Clearly they need it more than I do. Maybe they will finally use it to purchasing brand new machines so theyre not always messed up

The maneger is really really rude she looks like in her 40's she, screamed at one of their employes infront of me any many more in back of me and, she's also rude to the customers when I was wating for my food she screamed at this mom of 2 and told her to get out if not she's calling the cops after she did nothing wrong (she's not supposed to treat her employes like that they are just Kids trying to work and get money just for her to scream like them like that) I've been there multiple times when she screamed at them

I went through the drive thru and asked if they had the spicy MC Nuggets as they are promoting them right now, they said no yet it's on their menu. I pull up to pay and not able to ask the cashier because he is busy taking orders which is fine. On the second window I ask the cashier if there is a time frame to order them so I can come back within the time frame and she proceeds to ask and they say no. She said we sell them till we run out, which then I ask if they're out and she replies no. I then tell them I had just asked for them if they can switch them out, cashier asked manager and she says no. Mind you I just wanted to switch it out, didn't expect anything free. I told her I had previously asked for them and she they said No. No apology or anything. I also had asked for coke with no ice, which they gave me loaded with ice. And I'm not one to complain, just was upsetting they should really take the time to previously make sure the item asked is really not being sold. And manager should also at least try to apologize for the inconvenience of being lied too.

At my breakfast I had hair as if the bread had fallen out, something disgusting that even the desire was gone, apart from the fact that they only changed my combo and they left it there and no one came out until a girl gave it to me because I didn't even know it was mine I told them if I had it, they told me no, I should throw it away but I have photos, it looks disgusting.

Worst experience ever! Rude girl at drive thru! Then I ask for the manager and she is even worse! Would not give me her name and told me to leave with out getting my food! Then she proceeded to call the cops on me! I can't believe that they have that kind of managers working there!

Like most of McDonald's they tried to serve as fast as possible they are goodKid-friendliness: Well on this place they need some training on how to greet people I used to work at Illinois and we greeted everyone especially on the drive thru and now they only say how can I help you or may I take your order thats terrible

The manger for the night shift omg she has the worst customer service anyone can receive the manger girl alone has an attitude and will talk like she is screaming idk who thought her how to me a manager but I always have some sorta of issue in this store and there employees not trying to work and having attitude. I wish for someone with a higher position than her because this is unacceptable
