I like spending time here and I always find what I’m looking for. It’s a clean and organized location for home improvement and gardening needs. I’ve noticed that some of their staff is not as attentive as other locations, they seem to avoid eye contact or coming by to ask if you need help. Yesterday a male shopper called for help and when the staff came by to help he immediately assumed I was the one asking for help and not the male guest, I wonder if it’s because I’m female. That seems to be standard at stores like this though. Overall I still recommend it but staff could move this up to 5 stars.

I went to the store to buy a product that showed in stock online. After 30 min they said that they didn't had it but they would be getting in 2 days. I went ahead and pay. Well, went to pick up and waited 45 min and in the meantime they said that they were looking for. After all, they said that they oversold. Isn't that great that they sold something that I already paid for. This f# will not be happy with what comes next.

I was at Lowes on University Drive. I approached the Manager Feuntes I believe was his name. I asked give where the light switches were n when he responded a real strong alcohol oder came from his mouth like if he had been drinking, I also noticed his eyes were blood shot very red. I did tell him (WOW) must have partied late last night and he just laughed. I believe that someone like him should have stayed home instead of smelling like ALCOHOL.

While I was paying for my items I noticed the general manager David Fuentes was noticeably upset... I saw two young ladies ( employees) approach him ... Mr Fuentes went off on them he started pointing fingers at them telling them something about overtime time what if this and what if that .... There was several customers watching this go down ....His actions were uncalled for ... if anyone needs to be corrected it should be done out of sight of customers .... Then as if nothing Mr. Fuentes started laughing and joking with other customers as if got his power trip fix .... Remember Mr Fuentes the world is watching .... And everyone answers to someone and I hope your someone sees this

I called this store to check the status of my order because their website does not give much info about the order's whereabouts, and the employee put me on hold for 20 minutes and hung up on me. I called a second time; I was put on hold for 30 minutes. I hung up and called again, and after 10 minutes they were able to tell me that my order was not at the store on the date that it should have been. I understand the longer shipping times due to Covid, but there's no excuse for poor customer service.

The absolute worst customer service and no regard for customer satisfaction. A refrigerator was purchased and the wrong refrigerator was initially delivered. Upon speaking with the delivery person about the error, they stated this had happened before, and "good luck with getting anyone to help fix the problem." The issue was addressed with personnel at the store after which it was stated that the correct item would be delivered the next day. Schedules were re-arranged, children were safely moved to an area away from where the delivery staff would be working, and we waited. No phone call, no message, no delivery whatsoever. The store was contacted, we were issued a verbal apology and assurances that the delivery would take place first thing in the morning. Schedules were re-arranged a second time, and the delivery did not occur until after 2pm. When the delivery was made, the personnel were unhelpful, reluctant to install (wanting to leave it on the porch, rather than finish the delivery and installation), and once the refrigerator was installed, it was done improperly. The doors are askew, the handle to the freezer is unattached at the top, the base grill is missing, and two shelves of unknown origin or function were simply left on the island. One shelf installed on the freezer side has zero functionality and likely is an incorrect part, as screws are installed as holders for something (a FULL shelf, perhaps??) but simple jut out with no purpose. After calling multiple times zero associates answer the phones. This is absolutely unacceptable and appaling.

Everybody's experience could be different and this one is mine. Good customer service for the first time visiting, they were able to help me out and if they did not find the product for me, they would send me to the correct store to find what i am looking for. I would like to go there again as they seem to not sell you something you dont need, instead to redirect you to the right place

I think employees at Lowe's rely too much on the button you press to ask for service. We were shopping for a rug and they don't have it in stock. So we have returned a week later and a week later to see if they have it, never have been approached by any staff members to assist. Paint department is awesome!! And appliances as well!!

Took me 1 1/2 hours for them to pull my order I purchased online (which only 4 boxes of tile). Unbelievable!! And then......yep, you guessed it, they didn't have the tile. I guess a courtesy phone call to let me know they didn't have the tile is just to much to ask, like the other store did.

What guy wouldn't love shopping at Lowe's? They've got materials for every kind of building, remodeling, or upgrading project; garden plants, tools and supplies; i'll kinds of hardware, tools, power tools and accessories; appliances, paint, plumbing, cleaning, even decorating supplies... I've been shopping at this Lowe's since they opened several years ago and love it. The personnel in charge of the paint mixing has always done a great job. I also love to browse the garden center and see what plants are on clearance, or simply what is being featured. They have so many kinds of pots, potting soil, mulch, fountains, paving stones, you name it! Are usually get inspired to start a new project just walking around the store. The employees have most always been helpful and usually knowledgeable, though at times it is difficult to find one who is available. Often the entrance of the store and main aisles have seasonal items. This store has free Wi-Fi available in case you need to do a little research on something while shopping. The restrooms have always been clean and well-maintained. The few times I have needed to return an item I have never had any problem. As you go in the main entrance, simply enter the customer service area to the left. There is a self service machine for duplicating common sized keys. However there is also a service desk in hardware where you can get someone to duplicate keys for you. Check out the website for special items. I prefer Lowes over Home Depot, and this store has always treated me right.
