You need to serve yellow sweat corn. The white corn is low quality. Other than that everything is good.

La Palma Azul is my go to spot for Micheladas and snacks. I love their classic micheladas and elote en vaso. Their service is always fast and easy. Highly recommend anyone to go try it out!
