There’s a new girl working here I do not know her name but she looked very young not even sure if she has her cosmologist license but she gave me a horrible haircut that did not even look like the photo that I showed her of me! very nice girl but she did not know how to give a fade or give a decent haircut

If I could give zero I would. I guess the only satisfied customers are Spanish speakers. I went for a medium fade and some off the top the barber only spoke Spanish and absolutely butchered my hair. Even if you can’t understand what I’m saying, how the hell did my hair look anything approaching the boundary of acceptable? I mean my hair just looked stupid after this woman got done with it. I appreciate the fact that Edinburg is about 15 miles from Mexico but whether you like it or not, this is America and English is the language de fact meaning its accepted as the dominant and national language. But not only that, how the hell does it make sense to put a monolingual Spanish speaking barber as the only barber for that shift? Absolutely ridiculous.

I just got my haircut here and now I am waiting to get my hair fixed at a different location. The lady seemed very confused and about what she was doing. She could not speak a lick of English. My hair is entirely uneven and not faded as I asked for a double zero faded. I didn't even need the top to be cut because it is short. My sides are not blended in. My sides of my hair are poofy. The hairdressers name was Olivia Saenz. This is probably also the last time I ever go to any Just A Cut location.

Feels like there under time limit while doing my haircut; which cause to pay very little to no attention to what I ask originally, and for the price is hard to recommend when there others cheaper and better options

It's affordable and I live within walking distance. I have straight hair so you just need to find out whichever Barber is correct when it comes to your style of hair. Either way they usually do a good job.

Great customer service, girl who was cutting my hair was very friendly and respectful. Taking all the precautions for covid. The only downfall was paying $20 bucks for a simple haircut but I didnt need an appt.. that was a big plus for me.

Walk-ins only. 1 hair stylist. Order of arrival doesn't mean you'll go next.Men's haircut took 1 hour at a place that takes walk ins shouldnt happen. Waited 2+ hours for a little girl haircut that took 15 minutes. Needless to say, will not go back unless more hairstylists available and better communication with staff and customers.

Went in, signed in. I asked how long the wait time was since she was already cutting someone’s hair. She mentioned she had someone else in front of me and said it was going to be 20 min. Which is fine. She then asks the mother of the customer she’s attending if she’s going to also get a haircut as well, she says yes.(meaning now there’s 2 people in front of me) So I told her ok, I’m going to go get my son something to eat I’ll be right back. I go about 25 min later and ask her if it’s his turn yet and she said no, it’s going to be longer now since you left someone else signed in in front of you. So now theres 3 ?... Pretty upset at the fact she could’ve just told me not to leave or my slot would be moved up. Poor communication what’s so ever. Normally I wouldn’t be this upset over a haircut, but given the fact that I could’ve just gone somewhere else instead of wasting my time. Work on your communication to avoid frustration amongst your customers !
