UPDATE!!! Just had my alignment done I work in Midland, TX, which is 533 miles one way, and for a total of 4 trips a month. A few days ago on my way back, a heavy thunderstorm came out of San Antonio. My car was all over the road I thought I was going to lose control with heavy rain and other cars passing me like I was standing still, I knew something was not right I had brand new tires so I brought it to Joe, and he found my alignment was all messed up he fixed the problem and even gave me a quote to get my rear tires alignment to spec. I also asked for the LIFETIME alignment imagine not having to pay for a 200-dollar alignment as long as you own your car he recommended every 3000 miles hell I put those miles in 6 trips to work. Unheard of value, I also asked for an oil change and if you look at a review by a customer a few reviews down Mrs. Santos is WRONG each car has a manufacturer recommended oil this is not a Shade Tree mechanic shop where they are going to put just any oil that is not recommended by the manufacturer JOE WILL NOT RISK DAMAGING YOUR ENGINE !! YOU WANT TO SHORTEN THE LIFE OF YOUR ENGINE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, When I asked for an oil change that was it NO WHAT KIND OF OIL DO YOU WANT THAT'S STUPID cause I know my car takes full synthetic but not everyone knows what oil their cars or trucks take NOT ALL OIL IS THE SAME !! and JOE WOULD GO BY WHAT MY CAR'S manufacturer REQUIRES AT EVERY OIL CHANGE INCLUDING THE FILTER and straight up he put exactly what it required without me having to say a word this man is not only a Master Mechanic he CARES AND IS HONEST. THANKS, JOE you're Awesome!!! When you come here, you get the owner's personal attention. He and his crew do it all: engines, transmission, brakes. The latest computer diagnostics. That way, you know what's wrong with your car before you decide to fix it. If you're tired of going to shops and having to go back again and again because they can't fix it the first time. Well, don't worry NO GUESSING HERE!!!

We just moved from Washington State to Edinburg and one of our cars needed repair after arriving over the weekend. I could not believe how fast we were able to be seen and taken care of. Excellent Customer Service and in a quickness our repair was done and done correctly. I believe I have found our families new car repair shop. Thank you all who took care of our needs on monday morning.our honda is working perfectly.
P.s. thier duck quacks are hilarious to hear as they communicate back and forth.
By far I'd recommend to anyone!

I would never take my vehicle to this place. Their prices are exceedingly abusive. After asking for the price for an oil change, they ignored me and began to work on my vehicle. I got zero information. At the end, they charged me 90.98 for the oil change I always pay 56.00 for at Valvoline. The receipt says they used synthetic oil. They didn’t even give me a chance to decide what kind of oil I wanted. I have never ever paid for synthetic oil or would have ever opted for it. They had no decency to ask me, and I find that is a rip off, a theft of service. One thing is to make money, another thing is to abuse your customers the way they did. The lady in there, niece to the owner, is extremely rude. When I asked her why she didn’t give me a price ahead of them, and I told her she should tell her customers first what their charges are and give us our options, she kicked me out of the office like the rude woman she is! She said, “Leave my office!” Lmao. It’s hilarious because I was already leaving and had paid, but she had to say that out of pride because she clearly has no understanding of how to treat customers and knows how to handle herself under the pressure of a disagreeing customer. My tone was perfectly normal. Her tone was rude and downgrading. It was just a normal conversation, and I have the right to question how they didn’t quote me or give me the choice of oil first. Lastly, I told Joe about an issue I already knew I had with the front bearings, to get a quote for the work. He charged me 33.00 to tell me the same thing I already had been told by another mechanic who mind you, didn’t charge me, but had too much work to get it out sooner, so I brought it here to check for prices. One thing is if I didn’t know what was wrong with it, and another thing is me coming in saying, I have this issue. He first said he wouldn’t charge me outside, but when he upped the cost of the repairs, and I said no to the work, he then changed his mind and decided to charge me for what I already knew. He said, “I don’t work on cars for free!” Of course not! But I don’t pay for free either, sir! I clearly came with the knowledge I knew what the problem was. You didn’t have explore or drive the vehicle anywhere or go into an investigation. I told you what it was. You lifted the vehicle and did nothing but flash your little light. It took you five minutes to confirm what I had told you. The fact you decide to unlock my vehicle and lift it up without my permission, to check what I had already told you it was, was your decision and way of ripping off people even after you had said you wouldn’t charge me. You are an abusive business owner, and I hope people think twice about stopping here to service vehicles with you. Trust me, it is just not worth it. You can keep my money this time, but you’ll never have me or my family as a customer again. I guarantee you feel good about ripping off a woman as you did for an extra 33.00 after you hadn’t given me the option to choose regular oil. I have a humble vehicle, so why would I choose synthetic. You must think women are not smart to know anything and are an easy target. Well, I happen to know the kind of man you and your niece are, and I am glad I found out right away before doing any other serious work with you!

My car was in desperate need of a wheel alignment but being that it’s a foreign car I wasn’t having much success finding someone that would do it. I called Joe’s Master Auto Service and they quickly set up an appointment and took my car in. Not only did he quickly address my issue but the cost was very reasonable, now my car rides like a dream! I’ll be bringing my truck next week! Thank you very much Joe’s Auto!

I took my car to Joe to be fixed for two specific problems. I was wrong with what I thought was bad and he discovered what was wrong with something entirely different. That’s was a great relief that the one major concern I thought I had wasn’t a problem. Also the other concern which was my air conditioning , he immediately fixed it and I did not have to wait very long. Great job Joe, I trust you!
