I'm not saying that they don't have more employees who help you in a good way, but in general they hide, evade you, etc. With their bad attitude they leave the business in a bad image. But in general they have very good warranty and refund policies. ?”

“Great service !!! ....Great people ... just a little well a lot pissed that these hard working people have been working with out A/C the entire summer months ... the clerks are sweating like crazy ... come on tractor supply your better then this fix the A/C !! I'm giving ya all 2 stars not because of the service or the product but for y'all not taking care of your employees”
