My family and I have been coming here for years for our dogs, I usually see the father when I go in (Dr L Hinojosa) but on Friday I got to see the son (also Dr D Hinojosa) I called at noon and asked if they were still taking walk ins, initially they said no but when I asked even if it was just for euthanasia... the receptionist told me to hold on, after a few minutes she came back and said they would make an exception. I got there at 2:45 and the staff was sympathetic, and kind to me. They respected that for me this was a goodbye and I could not have asked for more. When Dr Hinojosa (Son) came in, he wasn't in a rush (even though he had a full clinic & he was the only one on staff), he explained what the procedure was and answered all my questions, and when it was done he gave his condolences and his staff helped me load Tucker (my dog) back into the car. The entire experience was sad but the professionalism and understanding of the staff made things easier and will not be forgotten. My family and I will keep coming here because of the trust we have with this family and the clinic over the years. They have gone above and beyond and this last experience really cemented things for me.

First time ,Staff are disrespectful they need more empathy towards your patience. My dog passed away 2 days after taking him there, I do honestly regret taking him there I gave them a courtesy call to ask but they were disrespectful and not caring about the situation

They're alwaysPolite helpful and good to my animals. I trust them very much, but their flea and heart meds are a bit expensive . I will continue to go there.

I just called in about a concern with puppies having eaten a grape and the young lady attending Ms. Gonzalez, I believe was very nice and reassuring. I felt confident in communicating to my daughter that her puppies will be fine. I am looking at scheduling them for their appointments soon. Thank you for not dismissing the concern as crazy.

The most cold and heartless staff I have ever come across they don't give a rats ass about your pets at all I took a very sick kitten I rescued from a Chinese restaurant today the poor little kitten screaming in pain and rolling around on the ground in pain they couldn't even see him right away , so now I'm hoping he doesn't die on me while waiting on vet to see him their has to be a better place than this in the valley for pet health support .please try to take your dying pets elsewhere

This group of doctors: Dr. L. Hinojosa, Dr. D. Hinojosa, Dr. I. Ríos, and staff helped my sister out by helping our cat Mr. Joe Martinez-yes, that's our cat's name-on his way to heaven. Mr. Joe Martinez was with us for only eight months, but was loved and appreciated. I had a stroke end of last year and he would walk with me to and from the car. Mr. Martinez also walked along side me when my therapist walked with me in the neighborhood. The therapist likened him to a dog following us the entire way. Mr. Joe Martinez will not be forgotten, and is missed every day. Edinburg-McAllen Veterinarians gave us a sympathy card for Mr. Joe Martinez. Very thoughtful.

Horrible place!! Waited 4 hours to be attended.once my furry son was injected came home and died on my arms. Will NEVER go back to this place. Should of never left 911 Pet Hospital for this foresaken place.

Always an amazing experience. Show up around 7:15-7:30am to be seen earlier. If you show up when the place opens, you’ll be waiting for hours.
