Well stocked but Walmart Superstore is usually less expensive. UPDATE 2/25/22: In the current economic situation, many more products are competitive in price, and HEB's produce tends to be fresher. Also they still have real cashiers. UPDATE 6/24: My preference for HEB keeps growing.
