Janie was so quick in her response times and customizations regarding our quote. Once we had the green light she made it happen! 100,000 prints folded and delivered in less than a week! We cannot thank Gateway enough for exceeding even our own deadlines. Affordable, efficient and amazing!

Called yesterday and asked “Can I print something out that was emailed to me? Do you have a way for me to log into my email there and print it?”Lady who answered said: “Yes as long as it’s PDF”I said: “Yes it is a PDF file”Lady said: “Then yes we can print it, just remember we close at 5 which is in 30 minutes.”I literally rushed over there only to be told by the same lady “We can only print something out for you if it’s in a USB”I was so furious! She not only gave me the wrong information over the phone but didn’t even apologize for it and made me rush over for nothing! It was an important document sent to me last minute and I needed to print it. She wasted my time by telling me I could do it there.

Very disappointed! I ordered so many copies to be laminated, and when i came there were so bad, so blurry, totally different from the original, their excuse?... it was a copie from a copie....

I called today at 11:14 am asking what time the store closes today. I was told 4 pm. I came all the way from Mercedes to see a sign on the door saying the store closed at 12pm. Have better communication with your staff so customers aren't wasting their time and gas!
