Customer service is absolutely atrocious. My wife purchased a game for me for Christmas that I already owned. When I went to return it, I was informed that the return policy expired today and they could only give me half of what I paid for it. I can understand if this was blatantly over the date of the return policy, but it's literally the day it expires and it was a game that I purchased at GameStop so they can look it up on my profile to see I already owned it. It's not like I played it and returned it to them. I already purchased it from them previously. This is the reason I cancelled my Pro Membership. Save your money and buy on Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy or the PlayStation/Xbox stores.

Cashier sold an used headphones and sold it for new when I open box the item inside they where scattered all around in the box and the money return going to take 3-4 days to return to my bank and fails to mention it would take that long but usually takes 30-40 min and another customer was behind me and was returning an bran new ps5 controller that he really couldn’t do anything it was all waist of time of my day

Reporting to the better business bureau, bought 2 controllers with free Xbox live pass and both codes we're used...only employees have access to these codes. I opened a complaint with the company that manufactured the controllers and they are all investigating.
