I don't recommend Fred Loya. They charged me twice in the same day. Then said they would refund the additional charge when I pressed, which was a lie. They said they had to wait for it to clear, when it already cleared (it's posted in my account). Then was told that it had been processed but didn't know if it would go back into my account or if I would receive a check. If it sounds confusing it's because it is and I can't get a straight answer.
I requested to speak to someone else to get more information but no manager would pick up and they kept passing it along. I still don't have an answer about when or how I will be receiving my refund. And it's not just this office. I've called others and received the same defensive treatment from the staff.
On top of all that, Fred Loya drafts your payment on different days. There is no set date so it's difficult to know when it will draft.

Probably good insurance as long as you don't get hit by someone with Loya insurance. Took almost a year to get paid for the vehicle damage.
On top of that a lot of shops want paid up front because they don't want to deal with Loya.

This is another place where their prices are ridiculous but their employees are pretty helpful but cant help you with the rates.

They were asking unnecessary information like a marriage license inorder to put my spouse in but yet on the phone they didn't ask for nothing till I got to the office I also thought they were going to ask me to take the judge also for proof that I'm married ???so I went to check out another place and they didn't ask for nothing other than the driver license
