Customer service skills needs improvement, I have gone to different locations with excellent service and faster service. I was there for an hour because the young lady helping was new and didn't have proper training , she keep waiting on who I am assuming to be the manager. Keep messaging back and forth trying to get my vehicle insurance. Then in the end the manager said its took so long cause I didn't have all the info like really you are gonna blame the customer . Been with this company for years and never had an experience like this .

Very affordable prices. Courteous, speedy and professional customer service. I really like how the agent Yessica explained everything about my policy to me. Only down side is wait time as office only has ONE agent.
