Worst customer service. They charge you for service calls. And you get charged for speaking with automated system also.cant even use cash app or any other cash apps in this bank

Line is always long and takes forever. They only have two of these banks here in the valley area and not one in Mission tx. I always have to drive 30 minutes.Their customer service line sucks and have to wait over 30 minutes to get a live person on the phone. If your looking for a bank to bank with i DO NOT RECOMMEND this bank. I Will be switching banks soon.

Takes forever to help over the phone and just tells me to go in person if anyone decides to answer. Poor customer service.

They don't deserve a star they just care about making money they don't tell you about having to bring your account to a positive balance when you overdraft or they charge you another fee on top of the overdraft fee

This is by far the worst bank ever!!!!! Worst customer service. Closed my account and left with another bank. Dont waste your time. Edinburg tx bank has the worst tellers there.

this bank sucks i deposited a check 2 weeks ago and they put a hold to it for 2 weeks i haven’t gotten any answers and today i tried to go and talk to someone and it was CLOSED!! they closed an 1 early i’m currently waiting for customer service and it’s been almost 1 hour and a half.

I have never used First Convenience Bank before and probably won't ever again. To begin i was there to get a MONEY ORDER i waited in line for over 12 minutes which is okay because sometimes some processes take longer than others. Once my turn was up I walked up to the window and I was welcomed by Edna who was very nice but once the process started things kinda got weird i was first asked for my stated ID which is fine i guess and than I was asked for my social Security which is NOT fine because I'm only get a money ordered i was not crossing the border line of America. When I refused to give them my Social Security number they refused to help which is very very horrible customer service from the management. Thanks for your horrible service First Convenience Bank.

Opened an account on a Friday morning they were having trouble so I was supposed to have a call back that day so I left a deposit it's been four days and they never called they basically stole $150
