The rep I spoke over the phone offered money for the chair I had showed up and panic and changed there minds it was to much for them the chair is 9k they offered me $100 dollars lol

They are a total scam I pawned a fire arm and when I went to get it back they denied me and refused to give it back I have several fire arms and not in trouble with the law they just said I needed to fight the denial and wanted money to hold my fire arm while everything got figured out total scam people stay away from this place don’t pawn your fire arms they will scam you.

Customer Service is bad they don’t pay attention to you till 15 minutes later and the prices are way off you could be selling something in very very good condition and they offer a very unfair price

Supervisor Juan calls that my pawn for a Apple Watch is due today and will be out for sell tomorrow as long as I come to make a payment or extend before store closes I get there and they have already put it out for sale when they normally call a day before but only because it is the new Apple Watch they wanna switch things up

Very helpful customer service by Mr Juan Islas at the gun counter I got the handgun I had been looking for and was able to place it on layaway with no hassle! Will be coming to this pawn shop more often!!!
