I visit often,Everytime I go on the days Claudia is working I try to avoid her help because she's rude,lacks professionalism,does not smile,it makes me want to go to another location,thankfully Cindy stepped in and was very polite,helpful ,very happy .I think Claudia might need a class in customer service because her demeanor in an environment like this is not very welcoming,and I saw her react that way with a couple other customers.

The rep I spoke over the phone offered money for the chair I had showed up and panic and changed there minds it was to much for them the chair is 9k they offered me $100 dollars lol

They are a total scam I pawned a fire arm and when I went to get it back they denied me and refused to give it back I have several fire arms and not in trouble with the law they just said I needed to fight the denial and wanted money to hold my fire arm while everything got figured out total scam people stay away from this place don’t pawn your fire arms they will scam you.
