Be careful when doing business with this dealership. We had an agreement on a car that was $30,000 over the MSRP. We ran credit checks and were in the process of completing financing, but they must have decided they didn't want to deal with an out-of-state purchase. They completely ghosted me. Didn't call back. Won't return phone calls, text messages or emails. I mean why be so rude? Just tell me you changed your mind.

Awesome service for the service/parts department what at one point was a bad experience to me, Edith Garcia did her best to give me a turn around and she was awesome great service and efficient! She understood the issue and help me to the best of her knowledge and power! Im beyond great full that she is my service advisor!!! Fiesta Chevrolet in Edinburg is lucky to have her as part of the their team!

This is my second time buying a vehicle from this dealership and will continue to do so. My salesman, Jesus Gonzalez and his manager, were very helpful and provided me excellent customer service. 100% recommend anyone to buy here. Their service department is amazing as well.

What seemed to be a perfect sale became one of my worse nightmare ever. Purchased a pre owned vehicle to only messing up less than 24hrs of purchase and taking it to service for them to only tell me they can fix it and need to be shipped to Lyford almost 2 weeks out. Then similar situation 2 months in and I’ve been without a vehicle for 4 weeks now. No follow up calls nor updated on vehicle status. I was promised a rental vehicle and never got a call back. I was told by manager he understood my situation and how I was sold a vehicle that wasn’t good but that he promised me he would get if fix and a rental would be provided. Have I gotten contact by him? NO. I call every 3 days directly to Lyford for updates bc no one in this location cares. Never again will I make a purchase nor refer anyone over.

Salesperson Jazmin Garcia is top notch! I’ve bought 2 brand new vehicles from this dealership thanks to her expertise, friendliness, and making the car buying experience as smooth as possible. She takes the time to answer all my questions and inform me about rebates. Everyone in the finance department is great, everyone welcomes you with a smile. Horrible service, went for an oil change on Friday afternoon, they said it would be 3 hours (just for an oil change). I waited and never received a call regarding the status of my vehicle. Saturday morning I call the department and no one answers. The call kept getting transferred to the main BO hub and the ladies there didn’t have any status and could not get a hold of the service department. After calling and texting them I head out to the dealer and what do you know the car was ready. No apologies for the delay no communication and they charged me 110 when on the site it says 79 for an oil change. Ricardo service advisor was clueless and didn’t even bother to call me. Steer away from this dealer if you want to succumb to stress and agony.

I want to say my experience with the customer service at fiesta Chevrolet was excellent. Robert who sold me my truck was very helpful and made us feel comfortable while we looked around for a truck. I am very satisfied and appreciate of all the help I received. Thank you!

I bought my Traverse in September of 2021. Within 6 months my rear view camera/backup camera stopped working. I took it in for service to which they told me they didn’t have the part. They told me they would call me AS SOON AS they would get one. Come 2022 still no call. Every single time I’d call it was the same story and never EVER give me a call back. During an oil change I asked a lady at the service desk when it would be possible to get my part replaced. She said there were still no parts, but it was still under warranty since I requested the part while it was still under warranty so “not to worry” and it would be covered whenever they got the part. It is now September 2023, parts department has always told me they have the part to order, yet service never does. Why is that?! How do they expect to receive a part they never request?!! Every time I call service they give me the same answer or transfer me to the parts department then when I call the service department back they do not answer, and it continues this way each time I call. They do not even bother to ask for your name or number to fully check on your request. Anytime anyone asks me for recommendations on car dealerships I tell them to steer clear of this place!

My purchase at Bert Ogden Chevrolet was awesome. The vehicle I purchase was in transit and I was able to get the pricing settled before it even arrived. On delivery date the only thing that was done was the inspection of vehicle and paperwork and was out on the road. I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Jose Cansdale that made the process a breeze and for keeping me informed along the way. Definitely coming back for future purchases.

Alright! Well if by now i am not clarifying my sentiments good enough, allow me to share with you all. I currently have a 2022 chevy silverado 4x4, a 2022 eqionox, and today welcoming a new chevy member, a 2023 traverse Rs fully loaded. 3 vehicles from one dealership. Dropped off my truck at 9am. Told the employee I needed my truck checked because I was going on vacation pulling my RV starting on Monday. During the process of taking my information, attendant was interrupted by another employee 3 times while getting my information which delayed my time. These were questions and answers that were not a "yes or no" answer. Finally I told them that their conversation could wait until all my information was taken. Did not receive updates. Finally I called at 3:30 and was told that they were busy and that my truck would be looked at maybe on Friday. Waited for update on Friday, never received one. Finally I called at @ 1:30, left a message for Mando. Did not call back. I again called at 2:45 and was told that the technician was very busy and had not had a chance to look into my vehicle. This is the first time I take my vehicle in and is not the service that I expect. I asked to speak to a manager and stated my problem. He said he would look into it. He later called and said he had personally inspected my truck and could not find anything wrong with it. I picked up my truck on Saturday morning. Driving out, the first thing I noticed was that it was veering to the right as I had explained to them. I am not satisfied with service I received. I am on vacation and hoping that nothing happens while I am driving.

I’ve always gotten my vehicles from Ford and this was my first time purchasing a Chevrolet Silverado and they have a good service towards the costumers and they give good deals on /prices and rates loans for the vehicles. and also wanted to the mention the salesman J.P that assisted us with great service and would recommend him and also to check out the trucks at fiesta Chevrolet.
