On April 02, we had a refrigerator delivered to our home and they did not install the door handles nor the bottom thing that goes under the refrigerator. They did not explain to us what we were signing and turns out it’s a paper where everything was installed and properly placed. We came into our local Famsa and Lety and another lady explained to us and apologized, they were very considerate about the issue. The warehouse people need to be more aware of these things.
