If I could I would give less stars than 1
In February I went to get a simple layered cut and my hair was completely destroyed by badly cut strands as if they had been cut with a knife and I have photos of the test.
Until today, July, they barely tell me in another salon that they can fix the entire first layer on top because they couldn't do anything just wait for it to grow to shape it.
I'm not going back there
They should warn that they are beginners or that they do not guarantee quality work.
I hope all those stylists who leave a bad taste in clients' mouths will be better prepared.
Updating information: 3 days later I went to complain to the owner about the destruction of the work they did to me but that cannot be repaired, because it takes a long time to repair the desired cut because in truth they left it ALL destroyed and very short.
No matter how long they have been cutting hair, that does not guarantee that they are good, they can spend their entire lives destroying many people's hair. And I have a photo of the place while they were cutting it that I took to send to my boyfriend and I also took it afterwards and showed it to the owner. So if you leave me as a liar I will deny you.

First time in the salon. I loved that I didn't need an appointment, they attended to me very quickly. Esmer gave me the cut and I was delighted with it. I will definitely return

Called to ask if they took in walk-ins and the cost of a woman's cut. The lady that answered didn't speak ENGLISH and I politely tried to communicate with her BUT she rudely hung up! RUDE!! ENGLISH!
