Margarita was EXTREMELY rude and completely RUINED my hair. She said the haircut did not look good on me, like it did on the picture I showed her, because the woman in the picture was a model and I wasn’t. She refused to give me a full refund , she didn’t even want to give me HALF. The owner had to tell her to refund me AT LEAST half. Unacceptable. NEVER coming here again.Service: Haircut

My wife went here and got her haircut with a Margarita, first of all the lady is super rude and can’t take criticism. My wife show her a picture and it wasn’t done the way she like so she called to tell them she didn’t like the hair and if she can get her money back. Well Margarita told my wife that she shouldn’t be calling complaining about the haircut because she did it “right” my wife than told her it doesn’t look like the picture, so Margarita had the nerve to tell my wife “ well it looks good on her because she’s a model and you are you” if this is how your employees talk to their customers you’ll soon be outta business. Never going here again!!!Service: Hairstyling

The worst service ever!!! Margarita is one of the rudest persons I've ever met. On top of receiving a bad haircut, one that was nowhere near what was asked, she is very judgmental to her clients!!! What kind of salon allows this of their employees??? This lady should not be working in this business. Don't be surprised when clients stop showing up!!!
What a disappointment to come to a place with confidence that they will cut your hair the way you want and have it destroyed. Instead of fixing the problem, such as apologizing and receiving a refund, Mrs. Margarita blames you and treats you the worst. I won't come again or recommend anyone!

I’ve always gone to Elena’s since I was little (my mom would take us here). Recently the times I’ve gone as an adult, I’ve noticed having to go back so they can fix the cut due to it being uneven. In doing that, it ends up being cut even shorter than I originally wanted. The amount of money that I’ve had to pay at Elena’s and pay again because I had to go somewhere else to fix their mistake becomes ridiculous. Learned my lesson to skip this place, and go straight to the more expensive place and get it done right the first time. After all, you do get what you pay for. This last time was cut by Jessica and straight off the bat I could TELL she was a newbie just by the way she was cutting. She didn’t measure from one side to the other and her angles were all off. Will not be returning again.

I loved it, I loved it! Eva gave me the Brazilian blowout, I highly recommend her; And besides, she is such a nice person. I never expected my hair to look this good. It looks so natural, soft and smooth. I recommend it 100%?
