Employees don't know how to do a simple exchange? they charged my account twice and I was told to come back again tomorrow because the manager was out for his birthday and was not answering calls???? why would you have 2 employee's working and neither of them knowing how to do a simple exchange or returns????

I went like about 10 mins ago, and wow I was impressed by the poor customer service. Employee was so rude when i asked if they had a certain item. Don’t recommend this Dollar general at all!!!

Poor customer service. Employees are rude and quick-tempered. The store is not well organized. Seems like the store has a lack of management.The location is fine but I would still prefer to drive 10 more minutes to shop somewhere else. Customers come and go but take in consideration that people are shopping at your store and its not fair for them to receive poor service. Be grateful for them and better train your employees so that your store can be prosperous.

Found what i needed, well stocked with household items, snacks, cleaning supplies and decorations are among the many things you can find here, clerk was friendly.

I was completely impressed how neatly organized the entire store was, I now changed my mind to shop at that dollar general from now on, I loved it, also customer service was great, nice and friendly people make you feel welcomed... Thank you so much
