Awful service. Came in for a simple tire plug took 40 minutes after my designated slot time. Still waited and extra 20 min for them to finally get it looked at. By far the worse experience especially when I came in with only two people ahead of me. Glad I never have to stop by this discount tire ever again.

Excellent!! Great customer service. Hats off to discount for hiring people like Adrian store manager. Adrian was able to resolve issue as well provide superb service. I am a customer for life. Good customer service turns into loyal customers. Thank you Adrian for providing great experience.

This interaction left a little too much to desire. “There is nothing we can do, but we can show you the prices on a new tire.”
I know it’s about upselling, but not when it isn’t necessary. Got it fix at a different store, thanks, will take my business elsewhere.
May be try to really work on customer service, it might help a bit.

Good & quick service. However be sure to inspect your wheels because somehow they always end up damaging or scratching them. For instance in my situation they broke the wheel center cap and it was unbelievable what the sales representative advise me to do, which was out tape on it. I know my wheel center cap wasn’t broken.

Discount tires is the only place I buy my tires. It's convenient for me since I travel, and usually wherever I go there is a location if an issue should arise with my balancing or tire needs

Do NOT come to this Discount Tire, unless you want to be here for like 2 hours just so they can do a tire inspection. The employees from this location are just in groups talking with each other instead of working.

I would definitely recommend this store. Customer service was excellent. I would also like to thank Jose AB , Eli and the staff for a superb job, these guys are as fast as a Nascar pit crew...... Awesome job gentlemen thank you
