The most amazing cuts Ive ever seen!!! I ordered chicken wings and they already come pre cut totally surprised!! Also ordered loaded ribs they cut them fresh and seasoned for me too,,,I ordered sweetbread they gave me enough to feed 6 people!!! Let me tell you about service,,,,,excellent and beyond quality. My first time there and I will go again. Five stars ?????

If you like soft juicy steaks this is the place. Just started going 2 mos ago very pleased and surprised at the prices. For a one inch Sirloin steak at $4.19 a pound great price. My husband doesn't care for any steak yet he drives from McAllen to Edinburg to buy them. Satisfied customer.

Always very knowledgeable about the cuts of meat they sell and very friendly! It's a pleasure going to a same-family owned business that has been there since the 1930's! What a legacy for the De La Garza family and an absolute treasure for us! Prices are kinda high now, but that is to be expected. Always consistent, friendly service! My family and I have been coming here since we moved here from Phoenix over 10 years ago and God Willing, we will for many, many more!

So far this place the best prices on sirloin fajitas, eventhough the price on meat is high at the moment, they are cheaper than HEB, I like buying from them because they trim and fillet the meat if you request it at no extra cost and then they vaccum seal it so all you have to do is season the meat with your own spices ,I haven't tried the other cuts of meat but I will with time, but if the fajitas are good, the rest has to be just as good because you can tell it's good quality meats that they sell,

Update^^. Just tried their seasoned fajitas and chicken, and WOW. I don’t know why I’ve been buying my meat anywhere else.Nice very friendly staff, I would highly recommend taking your harvested animals here.
