Never organized…. My clinic in Pharr calls ahead of time so I can be seen and this clinic always seems so lost! Isn’t a warm fussy feeling being a patient here.

This review is not as a patient but an EMT who has to drop off and pick up patients. Receptionist sits behind a privacy glass and ignores you if she feels like it. Technicians ignore call button, as so does the receptionist, only coming out when a patient comes in. I'm sure they are great with patients, but working with them can be a pain.
