The staff members were all friendly and helpful, especially Andrea and last time it was Noemi! Both young ladies were willing to help me and I didn’t have to go look for them , they came up to me and right away they were ready to help!!! Very pleased I will continue shopping at CVS!

Don’t bother with this pharmacy these people don’t know what they’re doing every month they tell me my insurance doesn’t cover my medications and I have to explain to them how to run my insurance and surprise it does cover it and then not only that but they never have medication on stock. They always send me to another CVS across the valley and on top of that they don’t even call the other pharmacy so they can have your medication ready so customer service is the worst . Yes, after your frustration, they still yell at you because you are not satisfied with their service. Isn’t that funny so to avoid headache just avoid this pharmacy altogether because more than likely they don’t even have medication for that headache you’re probably gonna get..

Very rude staff at the pharmacy. They made me wait for an hour to get my Paxlovid medication for COVID. I was coughing, and about to faint there, and after an hour, they said that I had to wait until after their lunch break to get it. I asked to speak with someone else, and finally, a charming lady handed it to me.They put other clients at risk by having me with evident symptoms of COVID-19 waiting for so long. Including me suffering from my COVID symptoms.Note. During my long wait, I noticed the staff was very rude to other clients too. That is so sad since this is my preferred pharmacy, but after today, Im going to Change it for sure

I always have a bad experience at this pharmacy but today i had enough, it’s the last day I refill my son’s prescription here. I had called for refill last Wednesday 10/25 and was told it was going to be ready on Friday 10/27. Friday I go to pick it up and Juan the tech said we can’t refill it until 11/02. I go today, the same tech at window says there are no more refills when I know my doctor sent 3 refills until November. My doctor called and sure enough there was a refill left. I asked for the pharmacy supervisor Ches to complain, he’s just cutting me off and all he is asking is if I want to wait 30 minutes or he should call me when prescription is ready without even acknowledging the fact that this tech Juan was wrong and had made me lose all morning trying to get my son’s meds by this time my son has gone a week without his medication. These people hire incompetent techs, I will never do business at this CVS and I already submitted complain to corporation. These people need customer service etiquette training starting with their managers.

Prescriptions never ready. If u go there they will say wait of 15 min but even after 40 min min they will still say working on it. It happened twice already in week since i moved from other CVS bez it is closed. Hopefully I know how to complain about them.

Andrea is a breath of fresh air, very nice young lady at the counter and helping all the customers at the same time with a smile on her face. Usually I don't write reviews but she really made my day and she made sure that I used my cvs card and explained everything to me perfectly. I will be coming back. Thank you Andrea!

Service is terrible and they take 2 days to fulfill a prescription. The pharmacy manager is not very polite, welcoming nor useful. I can never count on them to have my meds on time.
