Love the positive environment from all the cool coaches! No other place can compare to the quality, patience, and family-oriented space that they’ve worked so hard in creating here. They make beginners feel welcomed and veteran crossfitters feel push to their goals.

Amazing gym!! Love the atmosphere and love the community!! Their classes are awesome and really motivational. Their coaches are really helpful and help you build your technique.

CFX was established in 2014. We pride ourselves on being one of the best fitfams in the RGV. Community is extremely important to our box and that means we do more than workout together, we spend time together as a family. However, don't think we don't love to complete and win!
