I purchased a phone in April for my girlfriend. Before I made the purchase I asked the store manager if could return it and get my money back, she said yes within 7 days. My girlfriend didn't like the phone so I went back the next day to return it and get my money back. The Mgr then said oh we have to take $100 from you, and I said yesterday you omitted this info, she lied directly to me and said this is the policy. I told her to cancel the new phone line. The vindictive thief refused to give me a receipt and again lied and said the line was canceled. I took pictures of the receipt so I had proof of the transaction the pos wouldn't give me. Two and a half months go by and I learn the store Mgr refused to do her job and did not cancel the line and Cricket refuses to refund over $300 they have stolen from me in fraudulent charges. Stay away from these dirtbags.
