I can't say enough good things about my experience at Club Car Wash! Their attention to detail sets them apart. I love that they provide little towels for you to wipe down your car while going through the wash, and then you can use the damp towels to clean your vehicle while vacuuming. The vacuums are top-notch, and they even provide cleaner for your floor mats. The staff is always friendly, and I appreciate the guys at the entrance who spray down cars before the wash. Don't forget to tip them for their hard work! Definitely recommend this place for a thorough car cleaning experience.

I haven't had a problem with this car wash since they opened. Everything was fine, until about two weeks ago. The left side of my car got scratched up and filed a claim. Well, the response I got back was that it wasn't their machines because of the material they are made of and how they go side to side or something. I knew they were going to tell me something like this after reading another post 4 days before when I was debating to file a claim. I'm so disappointed.

I've been coming here for a good minute, and I finally decided to go with the Elite membership, in which Cristen assisted and was very detailed and professional with all the information. And can't forget about Bella! Very helpful and professional in regards to the monthly membership!
Both Cristin and Bella deserve recognition and raises! Both very helpful and professional, hands down both have great customer service????

Been a loyal Customer since it opened up never had problems with my last 3 vehicles but I took my scatpack and it scratch the passenger side, made a claim they told me they can’t help or cover anything, that I bought the car like that out of the dealership. I assured her I didn’t and I can provide a video from the dealership showing every inch of the car before leaving the lot. Don’t risk taking your card here just wash it by hand.

Every time I come to get my car washed, everyone is smiling and ready to help. Not to mention all the wash clothes and windex thats available. I haven't seen a time where they didn't have two carts out with them.

These guys will literally wash your car before you even go in the damn car wash. Amazing guys and gals. I moved from Edinburg and the only downside is no longer being near this carwash.
