I too have been trying to call my branch. I am handicapped and would like a customer drive through so I don't have to take my wheelchair out and and go in. The only drive-thru is the business one can I use that one for my personal use

Came in to open a Business Account without an appointment and was told I would need to come another day with a scheduled appointment. That was fine. When my date came for my appointment, I was told that I would need a doc, but that they would check if it can be overridden. I was told that the account could not be made that day, but they would get an update and schedule another appointment. Almost 2 months later, I haven't heard back. Some of the staff seem unmotivated and the banker in charge of opening Business accounts seem inundated with work and looks like he is in dire need of a vacation. Overall, a pretty ratty operation here with a dismal looking branch. I recommend looking for a local bank instead of dealing with a bank that could care less of they had your business.

I've been here several times and each time the personnel seem to not want to help customers out, they try and discourage you from waiting so they dont have to do a thing!

You have to wait over an hour just to speak to someone and then their systems don't work half of the time because of their constant system failures. I couldn't get my issue resolved because of that.
