This is the first year I have used their services. There is a reason why there is a long line/wait time because they are great at what they do. They try to help hardworking individuals like myself get every cent back that we are legally entitled. As for myself, I always have to pay back, but Lisa tries her hardest to lower the amount. Miraculously this year I am finally receiving a refund! I am thankful for their time and assistance. I will continue to seek their services.

The person who answered me on the phone was super rude.
I just asked her how much they charged and what time they closed and the woman told me that there were already too many questions that she answered badly and I spoke because it is my first time that I wanted to go do my taxes NOTHING PROFOTIONAL WHEN ANSWERING THE PHONE...
