I recently moved to Edinburg, we stopped at Big Lots to get kitchen supplies and shop furniture. The store looked very clean and well organized. I will say, I rated this location a 3 star because since the moment we walked in the store an employee would not leave us alone. Every aisle I went to she was glued to us. It made the experience very uncomfortable. I use to visit my local Big Lots in the city I used to live in and I never had to experience this. We decided to no longer look at kitchen supplies and decided to head over to the furniture section. We met a male employee who assisted us with our sectional couch purchase. He had amazing customer service, very professional. Even when we were getting assistance with the male employee, the female employee did not leave my side. However, the male employee turned our experience around by providing us wonderful customer service. I would recommend employees to make it less obvious that they following customers, I understand the elderly lady was completing her job duties but there are different ways an employee can complete their duties without making the experience very uncomfortable for the customer.

Never been to big lots before and it was life changing. They have literally everything you didn't think you needed. I bought some hangers at such a bargain price and my white elephant gift. Definitely plan on shopping there more often!

Good location right by dollar tree five below and some others. This store is usually pretty well stocked. Staff is nice. I recommend this location.
