Sunday Sept 7 2024, we saw Jo Koy! Parking: very impressed that we were directed to a different lot, not knowing the staff recognized our disabled military vets plate.
Entry: went very smooth, staff kept kind moving by directing and redirecting to shorter lines/doors.
As stated , no pictures or recordings or you will be removed from show. Exactly what happens, 2 persons were removed in our seating area with in the first 20mins of show. One right behind us and one in the row in front of us. Good eyes staff! Follow the rules and enjoy the show people!
We have only been in this area for 2 years. Great arena however , hoping for better concerts to come popular country and classic rock and of course more Jo Koy! Put Edinburg on the map with others not just those whom sing Mexican music:-)

Disorganized event. The lines wrapped around the building, past the dumpsters in the back, just to enter. We had to stand in lines outside in the heat for over an hour. The security check was a joke, the lady even said “the detector went off because of the wind.” People cut in line all over the place. Once inside, it felt like the AC was not on. The beer was hot and served in a styrofoam cup. The hallways were so packed with people you could barely walk. Once we left we asked multiple staff members where the Uber pickup area was and nobody seemed to know. They sent us to the wrong area of the parking lot multiple times. Peso pluma had an awesome performance but the venue itself was a major disappointment. If I didn’t already have tickets purchased for another event that will be held here, I wouldn’t return to an event of this size there because it was a mess. All that to say, wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to be hot and uncomfortable anyway.

I was with my dad going to a graduation to see my sister when the security guard tried to make a joke by saying where are my car keys because of how old I looked or something along the lines of that. I took it however not very funny because we were running late and he didn’t even crack a smile when I was confused why he was asking that, my dad had to step in and inform him that I am his son. I’m disappointed in this stadiums security.
