I took my car for an oil change waited 3 hours before I was updated on the issue so they gave me a loaner car and went back cause I forgot my every day glasses since I had sunglasses on. Tell me why all my belongings from the glove compartment and center console were everywhere?????? Very upset with my experience didn't even update the oil change sticker smh

Just wanted to say Marcos is the worst salesman I've ever encountered. My wife and I went in with a pretty down payment looking for a good reliable Crossover to be our family ride. He was so un-attentive. The way he conducted himself before and after learning about our nice down payment led us to believe he is money hungry and looking to make a quick buck. I believe he gave us four different pickup dates. I understand logistics, service department inspections, detailing etc. BUT I believe you figure that out before giving your customers a date. I had to email and Facebook message a manager from a Bert Ogden at another location just so I can get some answers on our vehicle. A little over one year later, I've had to buy and install 3 window regulators and am having issues with the battery. Seriously, a year later and I still get irritated thinking about our experience with that guy. Smh. Go to their Facebook page and read the reviews for yourself.

In the process of looking for cars for both my brother and mom I reached out to this dealership. Even though we're from San Antonio, we were really needing two vehicles and everything in SA was running out quick. After communicating with them for two days and made plans to travel and booked the hotel they told us they sold one of the cars just because we didn't agree to the package on both cars. They had a car for my brother but nothing within our need for my mom. They never communicated properly with my brother really. They ran his credit, got approved, and he told them he's buying the car and made a plan. They wanted to say that it was my fault and that I was still negotiating for him but I was negotiating for my mom on another car they were trying to sell us and there's texts to proof it. Asked to speak to a manager which is Mariano and he was rude and not helpful at all. He said we weren't considered serious buyers and sold it to someone else this morning but the sales person we've been in contact with Rolando, said they sold it last night. Even after we agreed on getting a car for my mom too and notifying him that we booked a hotel and for sure coming. I'm not sure how that's not considered serious buyers. I called to get things straightened out bc Rolando texted my brother this morning saying they sold it and to let them know that we're upset with how it was handled. They really didn't care and I even heard one of them laugh in the background which made me lose my patience and told them we'll take our business else where. Definitely not a dealership to recommend to any family or friends. Communication started off good and provided information needed at the time but they kept adding things to vehicle and just got really unprofessional towards the end. As a military/healthcare worker it's very very disappointing to see how people can be so unprofessional and disrespectful at their job.

I would recommend their customer service and the quality of vehicles they offer. If you know what vehicle you want from the dealership you can’t go wrong. Purchased 2 new 2021’s in the same year and love them! Can’t go wrong at Bert Ogden Mazda Edinburg!

Very disappointed with there customer service, phone calls never answered. When answered do not follow through on there promise. Don't take your car there.

Frustrated with the lack of communication and customer service at this place. There’s a stigma about taking your vehicle to a dealership and for good reasons. Didn’t tell me what was wrong with my vehicle, just did the work. And haven’t told me if it’s under warranty or not, meaning I might have to pay for a service I didn’t want from them. Then as I call, I’m waiting for over an hour just to speak to service personnel.
