VERY disappointed in the service that this place even thinks that they provide. I was recommended to come to this place by a patient that they have and not just once but TWICE have they left me with a disgusting imagine of them. i was told that they take in walks in but when i had strep throat they wanted to see me a week later??? Like hello im like NOW. Now this second time the far ugly girl in the front was so horribly rude to me just in her tone and i did not appreciate that whatsoever. I’m the sick one here, so if you think you can just talk to people whoever you please you have another coming. The patient that they see has been telling me that the doctor wants to see me for weeks now and since they have given me such ugly service i will never ever go back to this place again in my life.

I made an appointment last week for today at 2:30. I am currently waiting. At 4:45 I was taken to a small room. It is now 5:38 and I have yet to be seen by the doctor. They charge you up front so you have no choice but to wait. The 2 stars is because they are nice, but omg.

There’s no point in seeing the PA, if she can’t send you any medication without the drs approval. It’s been a week & they still can’t send the medication. Also every time I call it never goes thru it’s always busy

The girl in the front is very rude!!! Has the nastiest attitude ever. Years ago the staff was friendly and never had an issue with the staff. Now it’s horrible

This doctors office is horrible. You schedule an appointment and you’re in the waiting area for an hour or longer.You call for anything, they place you on hold and than someone else answer and you have to explain everything all over again or in their words “the call dropped”.I was recently given false information and I couldn’t get my referral to see another doctor for a serious concern. I know have to change doctors and go through the process all over all.

Dr. Naqvi is great, but I've been struggling to get a prior authorization for a medication for a month and a half now. I call and leave multiple messages, prescription is sent to a pharmacy who won't take my insurance, then I'm told they're working on it, they will call me back and don't, meanwhile I've been off these meds for 6 weeks... I'm at the point where I'm going to have to go elsewhere to get the care I need, which is too bad.Adjust your expectations, I guess.

There's too many times where I need an update on something, this most recent time being a medical history for my insurance, the insurance office faxed the request to the Dr's office. The fax was received at the Dr's end, but none of the faxes were 'received.' The insurance sent the request 3 times. I was being denied a insurance claim form on a physical injury for blood work on an unrelated issue by the doctor. I was told it would not be filled out until it's done. I'm currently going on 2 weeks for this request for medical history and apparently no closer to it hitting the managers desk for approval. And that's cause I'm being told to give my number and I'll be updated. The girls in front are nice enough but it seems they are so disorganized. Im constantly being told it'll get done but nothing ever happens. I love the doctor and PAs; they're great, but im having so much trouble with anything paperwork related.

The female doctor is nice and understanding! The front desk, geez! Every time I call rude low tone female always puts me on hold for 10 minutes and hangs up on me as I’m speaking. When my family and I first started coming here the front was sweet and efficient, but now I guess they hire anyone. Seriously considering switching doctors just because of the rude female up front. Don’t happen just once, not twice but multiple times! Don’t like being rude to people but geez I was well damn close to it

Sadly, this office has become disorganized, unprofessional, and incredibly inefficient. I had to go in to get an authorization for refills. Once again, pharmacy confirmed Naqvi did not follow through on the approval. Call to office results in 20 minute hold on phone, only to be told I need to have pharmacy call them. When I asked them to please follow through, they claim they’re on it. Of course, pharmacy is still waiting for them. It’s an endless cycle of incompetence. Sadly, this has happened before TWICE. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and try them once again. My mistake. I’ll be finding a new doctor now.

Used to love coming here for the quick turn around but lately it’s been horrible. Last week I waited 3 hrs to get seen. Today It was already over an hr and decided to just walk out. Horrible organization.

First of all I want to say that the front girls that work here are very unprofessional and rude! Giving me and my sister attitude for no reason. I addressed her on giving us attitude and clearly she didn’t care! My little sister had gotten referred here from the er to take a test, and when we got there they said they weren’t a test lab! Like what the heck?!?!?! Like I said we were referred here so idk why she was throwing her hands up in the air trying to tell me off!!!! Just RUDE people there!

Unfortunately for Dr Navaqi his staff is absolutely the worst! The staff is 100% unprofessional, disorganized and basically the perfect definition of incompetent. On multiple occasions I have had issues with prescription refills, follow ups and forget about referrals (referrals are best getting them on the spot from doctor during your actual consultation) Dr Navaqi is great but his staff needs more training to complete daily task ON TIME, they are clearly incapable to have some sort of professional office structure to carry daily task. I look fwd to hearing from the Texas Medical Board. Today I tried getting my husband's prescription since 2PM it is now 6:30PM and I have yet to hear from the Dr. after I was told on multiple calls today that we didn't need to go into the office that it would be send withing (30min. Keep in mind we called many times. At the end of the day NANCY tells me nurses are gone all she can do is rely messages. This has been an issue on MULTIPLE occasions. Hopefully after reporting them to the Texas Medical Bureau, Medical Businesses Bureau and BBB Dr Navaqi can have his staff trained properly.
