I’m so disappointed! The person I usually see wasn’t in, so a lady offered to help me. I needed a new debit card due to the bank changing ownership. She asked if I wanted a colorful card. I said yes. Now, months later, I found out the the “colorful “ card supports LBGTQ. I feel that was a underhanded way to pass the card out. I should have been told.

The worst Bank you will ever see. I have business account I cannot loging for more than a month. There are 4 or 5 teller windows but only one teller For deposit you have to wait one hour..This is a very small bank compared to CHASE or Lone Star and your money is always at risk .of filing bankruptcy and shutting the door permanently SO BE CAREFUL.

Avoid this bank at all costs. They’re not friendly at all. They don’t acknowledge you AT ALL. Waited an hour in line just to make a deposit. Customer service is horrible. Nothing good about this bank/location. Take your service and time somewhere else.

There are two individuals working the drive-thru and lobby. One young lady is handling two lanes of the drive-thru and one young lady is handling the customers in the lobby. Both lines moved extremely slow. I do not blame the young ladies...BBVA management needs to be better prepared.

Horrible bank, they charge you with crazy fees and don't try to help you at all even during a pandemic. Sorry my account didn't have funds bc you guys took money from my account when my card should've just declined. I literally put money back into the account an hour later and I spoke with a banker about it and they didn't want to help. They just said, we have fees. I'm just saying, they treat you like a number and not a person, even on your first minor offense. Terrible bank.

They never answer the phone. They are ridiculous as a bank. Worst bank ever. Take 7 days to post personal deposits. The staff and managers are rude, horrible service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK. Just beware.

I dont know why people complain so much. I mean, this have been like the best bbva I ever been. Very nice workers and really fast service. Even though it is the last day of the year the guy who helped me was in a really good mood and even talked to me a little. I RRALLY RECOMMENDED THIS BANCK.
