“The environment is so calm, it's always clean and the staff is super nice. When we have an issue they send maintenance right away and he explains the situation and fixes it asap. Ms Davina is always ready to help with questions or concerns. My favorite is the assigned parking, other places I've been at didn't have this so it's a plus”

“My only criticism:sometimes you have to remind the property owners you placed a maintenance request order.Not the property managers' fault:There's speedsters (motorcycles and sports cars) traveling up on Sugar Rd. very fast with their incredibly loud engines at night.The good:Pet friendly, washer and dryer in each unit, I believe, and I only saw a roach on 2 separate occasions in the 26 months I lived there.When my wife and I came under uncertain times the property managers were appropriately accommodating and helped us in more ways I felt we deserved. Now that I graduated from UTRGV, we're on to bigger things, hopefully. If we're ever in town again for a year or so they're definitely the first place I'll check up on.”
