“My family and I have been living here for 2 years. We moved here from out of state. The sense of security, the affordability for the amount of space you get, and the location being so close and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants makes this place well worth its value! Not to mention assigned parking spaces! No more coming home and having to worry about whether or not you’ll find a parking spot! The whole office staff has been absolutely amazing, especially the office manager Davina. Davina always listened to any concerns we had and answered any questions we’ve had quickly. If we ever had a maintenance issue, it was addressed promptly and the office always kept us updated. Davina really cares for her tenants and the upkeep of the apartment community and it shows. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment!”

“My only criticism:sometimes you have to remind the property owners you placed a maintenance request order.Not the property managers' fault:There's speedsters (motorcycles and sports cars) traveling up on Sugar Rd. very fast with their incredibly loud engines at night.The good:Pet friendly, washer and dryer in each unit, I believe, and I only saw a roach on 2 separate occasions in the 26 months I lived there.When my wife and I came under uncertain times the property managers were appropriately accommodating and helped us in more ways I felt we deserved. Now that I graduated from UTRGV, we're on to bigger things, hopefully. If we're ever in town again for a year or so they're definitely the first place I'll check up on.”
