***Im a woman.*** I take my "special" Jeep Commander here for its various parts that need replacement, constantly. Everything from transmission work, radiator replacement to new fuel pump and spark plugs and anything in between. Since day 1 I have always recieved great straight forward service and comparable, if not on the lower end of price quotes. They do excellent work and never make me feel like theyre trying to upsell me or over -charge for anything. Im even able to order the parts from where ever I find the best low price so i only pay for installation or mechanic hours which really can save you some dough. Theyve earned my trust for over 2 years now and I would highly recommend them to anyone, of any gender, without any reservations.

Keith was amazing. He installed audio, made custom bar for wake speakers, whips, installed winch, knotched out our windshield for custom side mirrors, batteries, installed A arms for our 2021 Maverick Sport and so much more. He went above and beyond through all the crazy changes we had and also met us in evenings and late at night to meet our crazy schedules. He also kept us updated throughout the entire process with pictures, his pricing is unbelievable! I would recommended him to anyone

My ATV was dropped off for a tune up and brakes. After a phone call with mechanic Keith I explained that I would be needing the ATV at a certain time because I was taking it to Colorado to go Elk hunting.It was explained to me that they were very busy but could get it pushed towards the front and would have it finished by date we both agreed on. Mechanic did mention for me to call and remind him to work on it few days after dropping it off (which I found strange) but agreed to do it. Not only did I call to remind him the following Thursday I also called him one day before (Wednesday) to remind him.Fast forward to today...I am leaving to go on a Colorado elk hunt in the morning and was just told ATV wasn’t ready....was given no explanation.But not only was I told it wasn’t ready, when I asked what happened, I was told to just come pick it up — and was hung up on.So, I just picked up my ATV...and am now going to Colorado without it.Poor communication, terrible experience.

I’ve called this shop several times and get horrible service! The guy I talk to every tine acts like I’m bothering him and is very vague about any question I have! I have my own small business and he is terrible at customer relations! Last time I call them
