I came in and I was helped by Jaziel, he was very knowledgeable and he was able to get me on great promotions. I even left with an amazing sounding speaker for more than half off. He was very patient and helped get my new phone up and running quickly. The other staff was very friendly and welcoming as well, kept me entertained while I waited. Overall great experience, will be coming back to the Elsa store from now on.

I went in the store looking for answers about my new phone I just bought from T-Mobile and a staff member named illiana was extremely helpful to me , she answered all my questions and was very polite & professional…she is a perfect example of what all T-Mobile stores need . Great work I highly recommend going to the store in Elsa .

Great customer service, very helpful staff no issues while walking into the store. Loved the way I was greeted by everyone as I walked into the store. Was having issues with my Hint and they went above and beyond to help me out. I would ? recommend this location ????very friendly staff.

I feel bad for the Non English speaking people because they are getting scam with this company, we got wifi with them supposedly is the best but we had to call 5+ times a month for the three months we had them, not only did it never get signal but the bill was always more than what they had said it was going to be! Don’t and I mean DONT GET INTERNET WIFI FROM T-MOBILE!If you want to go to T-Mobile store don’t go to Elsa, worst customer service had me waiting while two employees were helping one customer.

All the employees are really nice and cool (especially marco) except for the assistant to the manager named Esmeralda. there’s been countless of times where she leaves customers (including myself) unattended. One new employee told me that the manager who was in charge of the store at the time wasn’t working today so Esmeralda had to take charge of the store, she leaves the new employee in the store alone while she goes to pick up her kids from school. I live by a saying, and that saying goes actions speak louder than words. Her actions for the Elsa store, for the company in general should not valid. Being a customer for T-Mobile I often see new faces working for the Elsa store. I don’t blame the former employee’s for leaving

Do not go there or let you’re older parents go that do not speak English they do not care about customers and try to scam them and add a lot on there plan and do not care if your asking for a Spanish speaker they will leave them with the English speaker to try to scam them DO NOT GO HERE...
