Went to the customer service desk, No one was in there, I waited at least 7 minutes and no one told me someone was on their way or they will be with you in a minute. I walked out, I thought that was extremely uncalled for.

Went to the Eastland Brookshire's today. I'm from California, here visiting my mother. They were SO helpful with finding items and the manager even wheeled my groceries out to the car. That doesn't happen in California and I live in a small rural community.

Cashier was rude and didn’t put my phone number for the thank you rewards. I repeated my phone number 4 times to her and when she couldn’t get it right she sighed and rolled her eyes like it was an inconvenience. Next time I need something I’ll just go to Walmart. I used to come over for convenience but not anymore with cashiers having bad attitudes

Brookshire's is always good... the people are friendly and courteous... people like me that are not able to get around very well get help taking out their groceries
