Most unprofessional and rude post office clerk I’ve ever had to deal with. It’s really sad to have someone like her working in East Bernard with such un desirable work ethic and horrible customer service if you don’t like helping people and giving information about what will happen on time frame on a damaged mail box at the Brahma meadows I honestly think you shouldn’t be there with such nasty attitude. I as a home owner in the subdivision should have a right to know when I will be having my mail delivered at my mail box basically when will repairs be done it’s been 2 weeks since I haven’t got mail due to working in Houston 9 to 5 job unable to make it in time before post office closing. I had to leave work early to get my mall and to have someone like the clerk to be so disrespectful is just really sad. I asked for a number who I can call to see when will this be fixed or a manager and she said I can call the mail carrier and wrote down the number and that he been out sick for a while so she can’t give no information.

I had been calling all morning and no one never answered, the only rep there was an African American guy and he was of no help at all, then i told him that i drove to this post office from like 45 minutes away because no one answers and he gave me an attitude saying he had the phone with him and that it was working then he proceeded to look for the phone and said someone had left the line on hold ( all morning until almost 1 pm ) then he said well it's working now if you call ill answer, call now that i was there?. Very unprofessional and it's not the first time, he needs to be fired.

I can’t think of the name of the wonderful lady that does the Passports. However, I must mention that she’s quite awesome. She’s very kind, loving, patient, helpful and sincere. I’d love to give her a Survey. How can I make it possible? She’s perfect! She took very good care of us and worked her station and the next station next to hers as if it was unbothersome and melted butter to her. She’s a very hard worker and deserves the best. Thanks for love and kindness. Hugs!

Very quiet ,peaceful, kids friendly environment. Very professional and kind staff.Front desk ladies were awesome.I strongly recommend this office especially if you need quick and smooth passport processing.

It’s Christmas! If you mail a package from here and there is no scan then that isn’t an East Bernard issue, it’s a plant issue. We do our part! If you don’t see scans on it, it’s because the plant has not processed it yet. They absolutely will but it may be later than expected. Also, if you don’t get your mail and you don’t call and say anything or state your concern and just get on here and bad mouth because you can, why would I care….we don’t even know about it. I absolutely care and I will do what I am capable of, that which is in my power to control if I know about it!

Lady delivering packages always throws packages from inside her car never gets off so frustrating. The previous mail man always got off and handled packages correctly and was never throwing them around.

Horrible. Won't deliver to my house anymore, when you all used to, oh wait you never did that right because you deliver it to my neighbors EVERYTIME. I installed a big mailbox to avoid this, and still it's hit or miss with the mailbox with you all, and my house is about 50 feet from the mailbox. Yall seriously irritate me. I'm taking time off work to come pay you all a visit.

We needed expedited passport service and were unable to find an appointment anywhere until we called here. Jeanette and Cindy were extremely helpful, very friendly, and professional. We were in and out within 30 minutes. I can’t tell you how grateful we are for their help. Best postal experience ever! Thank you ladies!

The best cutest post office we have ever visited! Drove in from Houston for passport service and the previous reviews scared me a little. To my complete surprise, the service was fast, friendly and completely the best experience we’ve ever had at a post office. They even made little Easter eggs + coloring pages for the kids while we waited for our documents to be verified. Totally worth the drive!

After I had another town post office cancel our passport appointment because their internet was down, I couldn't get ahold of any post office from here to galveston. No one answered except East Bernard. They told us to come on in even though they were fully booked. They were polite, understanding, and very quick with everyone there. They were switching back and forth to get to everyone. My kids were able to get passports, photos, and even left with easter eggs and coloring pages. They were extremely friendly and I am greatful for them fitting us in. Even though they were busy, I was still in and out within 30 mins.

Terrible post office front desk staff! I applied to renew my passport on March 7, 2022, the application form was sent out, and I lost my passport, which added trouble to me. This kind of mistake should not happen. You take the state salary, and it is this kind of sloppy work attitude towards your work. I really hope your boss can see my evaluation.

I have had many packages and letters go missing . The latest I sent a letter certified mail receipt to Omaha Nebraska and it still has not been received 13 days later. This is absolutely horrible service a normal letter takes four days. Someone is throwing mail away or eating it !!! Time for POST OFFICE GENERAL TO GET INVOLVED
