Went to look at a pre owned vehicle. **Buyers beware** They will add on a $2200 package after the price of the vehicle. We tried negotiating and we're only $600 apart, but John Scott would not half that difference with me. Let me walk out over $300. Curtis was very nice and did all he could.

Have been working with Luis and Enoe since yesterday on a truck. Had outside finance approved, called all morning making negotiations on a truck and once agreed told them to send the buyers order to my bank. After waiting over two hours, I'm told they sold it already. New owner was currently moving their items into the truck. I was never told that someone else was coming to look at it and never asked for a deposit but their bullshit excuse was that I didn't have a deposit on the truck. Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE!! I would have gladly offered to give a deposit to hold it had they ASKED. Never told they were working with someone else. The only thing I was told by Luis was that they had a few other people call on it. They value the almighty dollar over a good relationship! One and done deals will make money but won't keep you in business! We communicated via text so I have every time stamp and message sent. Hey enoe, I know it doesn't take more that 5 minutes to print a buyers order so I knew that 2 hour wait was a joke!

Good vehicles and all but the customer service department are absolutely horrible, definitely don't recommend.
