I would give **zero stars** if I could. My parents took their my car for an inspection, and they placed a sticker over my window tint, which ripped it off when removed. Instead of addressing the damage, they tried to hide it. Spoke with Brandon, who promised reimbursement if we provided the receipt. Since then, he’s completely ghosted us, ignoring all attempts to fix the situation. **Unprofessional and dishonest.** Would not recommend this place to anyone!

I shopped several dealerships looking for a truck that I liked and that I could afford. I was having no luck. The salespeople I dealt with were treating me like they were... .. salespeople.
A friend suggested I check Destination Ford over in East Bernard. I met with Javier there. He showed me several trucks and I eventually selected one and purchased it. Javier was knowledgeable and put me at ease. The manager, as well as the finance guy were great,too.
I've had my truck for about 2 months now. They have kept in contact with me and quickly and professionally handled a few minor issues that arose.
It's well worth the drive to check them out.

I was highly impressed of the way they do business here. Our saleswoman was the best her name is destiny. She made sure everything went smooth and made sure we had everything we needed. Rich the finance guy was hands the best there was a snag and he handled it like a boss. He got us in and out with in 10 mins in our 2016 Chevy Silverado. Thank you for putting us in the truck if our dreams.

Absolutely love my car ! Destiny Martinez was such a big help and helped me get in my brand new 2024 Ford Bronco at an affordable price. She made the process so easy and even did my application online and also had my car delivered to me!! Looking forward to buying many more cars from destination ford!

I had a great experience with the purchase of my truck a few years back, and now another great one for service of my vehicle.
I went to legacy Ford to ask about service and was told that I would need to leave my truck for anywhere between 2 to 5 weeks for them to get to it and no lowner car was available. I said nope left there and on the way home called destination Ford and set up a appointment for the next day at 8 am was out by 10. If I need anything else destination Ford will be the place I call.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Javier, the sales consultant and Richard the financial manager who went out of their way to make the car buying process a success.
