I just want to know what manager answers the phone without saying “yes this is (name) Jasmine, who eventually identified herself, displayed a lack of professionalism that I found unacceptable and disgusting. UPS lost my package, which included a money order, and had I not been stopped in traffic, I would not have been aware of the issue. Thank God I kept my receipts. Overall, this woman's attitude was nasty, and her customer service skills were poor. I was seeking an understanding of the claim that was supposed to be filed three weeks ago, but was never followed up on. Store manager Jean Russell, please remind your employees that a positive attitude and courteous demeanor are essential when providing customer service.

I love how friendly the staff at the UPS store in Early, TX is a d how easy it is to return packages from companies that all you have to do is bring in the item, they package it up for you, scan the code, and give you a receipt after they receive the package or item from you.

Fantastic service; the team was able to complete a large order within less than two hours notice. FYI: the store opens at 8 am not 7 am as indicated online.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a ups store. Was told come back for a key if I got a P.O. Box today. I work during the week. The young lady at the counter acted like she could have cared less when I asked for my drivers license back and left. Won’t be back.

Extremely friendly and efficient servers or personnel. Went beyond to help me with packaging and mailing and my husband with copies, printing and sending documents .
