the customer service is bad. the women were blatantly talking bad about me and my friend right in front of our faces and another women caught them making fun of her feet. i got a simple pedicure and it was 55$. they overbooked and made me wait an hour and they cut my finger really badly and all they said was "oops sorry about that"

Lisa (pedicure) is so caring, professional and amazing at her job. I was so stressed and she helped me unwind with her perfect massage. Oh man, when she started hitting the bottom of my feet I was pleasantly surprised, a little bit in shock cuz I wasn't expecting it, and totally in love with her lol. I got the long massage pedicure with hot stones and paraffin wax.

Now going on seven years, and their service and accommodations are still the best! I prefer booking appointments, but they do take walk-ins. They have a large selection of regular polish, SNS, and gel. And their pedicures are awesome!

I had a pedicure done and they did a great job! Very friendly and made certain I was comfy and watered. Very clean and cozy. Will definitely return!

COME HERE!! You won't regret it!! I've been to so many nail places in Austin over 3 years and this is the best one! The complimentary drinks are delicious (I recommend the mimosa). Ask for Mai (pronounced 'my') when you come, she's my favorite but everyone else is good too. The inside is exceptionally clean, the colors are stunning, service is phenomenal, staff is nice, and I truly truly think you get the most bang for your buck here. Can't recommend them enough!

I bought my wife a gift certificate for here, but when she came to redeem it several months later they refused to honor the gift certificate. They were extremely rude about it and wouldn't give her the time of day when she tried to protest. They straight up stole our $50. Buyer beware--this place does not deserve your business.
