Very nice western store for a small town.Very good selection of boots.There are always nice people that greet you and ask if they can help you with anything.Always a good experience.

No greeting upon walking in. No exiting greeting. The lady at the counter was busy with her guest which had a very young baby with her. Not good. Not bad. Didn't find anything i needed. Beautiful boots on display. Way out of my price range.

My husband ordered a set of insoles for his boots. It had been a week before he placed his ordered so he messaged them on their Facebook profile and asked when the insoles would be delivered his messages got ignored, and then he realized this Facebook account had blocked him. We will never be ordered from this site again, again thank you for the terrible service.

Took my hat up there to get reshaped the lady asked me if I wanted my hat cleaned and I told her no she looks at me and says sorry I have to clean it it’s to dirty so I said ok then she started shaping my hat I told her how I wanted it and came out worse I asked her to fix it and she had an attitude and walked away
