I just got off the phone with a young lady by the name of Abigail at the Walmart pharmacy here in Eagle Pass Texas I just want to give Abigail at pharmacy a big shout out thank you for answering my call many many times before I have called to check on my medications and no one seems to answer that phone not sure why but today she was so polite and courteous over the phone upon answering my call and she was very helpful over the phone to tell me about my medications and also helping me in my refills. To Walmart I want to point out what exceptional customer service Abigail has I hope this doesn't go unnoticed and to all those other followers on Yelp you understand where I'm coming from when I say we call to Walmart either be the pharmacy or any other department and no one answers it's very difficult at times today Abigail has brought a smile not just to my face but has also brightened up my day by her customer service I hope Walmart evaluates this associate and also gives her a big thank you and maybe a reward for such kind and exceptional courteousness to customers

I wish I could give it ZERO stars, the employees at the money center dept are useless. Why in the world would they ask for a proof of residency to pay a transaction???! All you need is a valid ID!!! They make everything so complicated and they sure have an ugly attitude too, this place is a joke!!

If I could give this Walmart half a star I most definitely would! The customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my life!! They make you feel like it is such an inconvenience to them that you are there asking a question or when needing any type of assistance. When you walk out the door make sure you have your receipt or they will tackle you on the way out to your car. I once was followed out of the store and harassed because I had not seen anyone at the door. all I had in my hands was a box of liter that was too big for me to carry in the first place. I just wish Eagle Pass had a target so I would stop wasting my time here!

If I could give this store no stars I would. I would like to acknowledge that this store has poor service. What's up with changing the store policies? I understand there are rules but a customer service associate was rude and offer no help. Talked like she owned the store. Had to argue with her because I had 90 days to return when she argued it was 30. Called customer service online and made sure to state what was going on. Let me say that this Walmart has the worst service. I had no other option this is my closest Walmart. Other than that the other employees were reasonable and nice it's just the middle-aged short big lady that offered no help.

La ensalada de pollo con nuez y arandanos esta deliciosa. Les recomiendo pedirla antes de salir de la tienda para que llegue fresca a su mesa.
